All questionsHow often are statistics updated?
In real time. Clicks and new leads appear in Statistics as they happen. The status of a lead changes when the advertiser’s call centre processes the order.
Are there any restrictions on advertising?
Yes. Every offer has its own restrictions. On the offer page you will find:
- Traffic sources — a green tick means the source is allowed, a red sign means it is forbidden;
- the rules of the offer, if it has them: forbidden approaches and claims. Breaking the rules may cancel the payout.
Read them before you launch traffic, and ask your personal manager if something is not clear.

How do I change my payment details?
Saved payment details cannot be edited directly — they are changed through a ticket to support.
- Open Finance → Payment details and the tab of the payment method.
- Click the pencil icon next to the details you want to change.
- In the Creating ticket window, the title is already filled in. Enter the new details and, in Message, the reason for the change.
- Click Create ticket.

The answer comes to Tickets. The new details are used after the change is confirmed.
How do I set up my payment method?
- Open Finance → Payment details.
- Choose the tab of the payment method: USDT, Paypal, Payoneer, Webmoney, Zaleycash, Capitalist, Credit Card or Brocard.
- Enter your details. Some methods have separate fields for USD and EUR.
- Click Save.

Check the details carefully before you save them. After saving, they can be changed only through a ticket (see How do I change my payment details?).
Where do I go if I have trouble with the API setup?
- Check the instructions: API integration: manual mode and API integration: ready-made archive.
- Look at
error_codein the API response — the meaning of each error is in the manual mode article. - If the problem is still there, write to your personal manager. Send the offer name, the request you send (without your API key) and the full response.
How do I get access to an offer marked “Upon the request”?
- Open the offer page and click Request access in the bar at the bottom.
- In the Creating ticket window, the title with the offer and target is filled in automatically.
- In Message, describe your traffic source, your experience with this offer and your budget, or attach a screenshot of your statistics for this offer in other networks.
- Click Create.

The answer comes to Tickets.
